<International Circulation>: Today there is a session with a debate on the indication of PCI for patients with left main lesions. Could you share with us your views on this topic?

Prof. Marco: We believe this is a good topic to start an exchange. In Europe， we know that bypass surgery is the gold standard for patients with left main disease but perhaps due to regulations， the culture of the patient， and the level of cardiac surgery in China， there is a different approach that can be taken and this change on very controversial topic can help us move forward with education.
